Overwhelm often begins in the mind. In this session, you’ll learn how your thinking patterns influence your emotions, stress levels, and daily decisions — and how to take your power back.
You’ll learn how to:
Recognize thought patterns that fuel overwhelm
Understand the difference between what’s happening and what you’re thinking about it
Begin creating mental clarity and calm
SESSION 2: FOUNDATIONAL CORE BELIEFS
What you believe at your core impacts how heavy life feels
This session helps you uncover the beliefs quietly running your life — especially the ones that create pressure, self-doubt, and burnout.
You’ll explore:
Your beliefs about God, yourself, and the purpose of life
How these beliefs either create peace or perpetuate overwhelm
How to shift beliefs that no longer serve you
SESSION 3: THE LIES WE TELL OURSELVES
Everyday limiting beliefs that keep you stuck
Much of overwhelm is driven by unconscious stories like “I should be able to handle this” or “I’m failing if I rest.”
In this session, you’ll:
Identify common limiting beliefs that increase stress
Learn how to separate truth from fear-based thinking
Replace pressure-filled narratives with clarity and compassion
SESSION 4: BUILDING A RELATIONSHIP WITH YOURSELF
Creating safety, trust, and compassion within
Overwhelm intensifies when we’re disconnected from ourselves. This session focuses on rebuilding your most important relationship — the one you have with you.
You’ll learn how to:
Develop self-trust and emotional awareness
Respond to yourself with compassion instead of criticism
Feel more grounded and supported from the inside out
SESSION 5: BUILDING A RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD
Finding peace through divine connection

How your relationship with God influences your sense of peace
Releasing fear-based spirituality
Experiencing greater trust, guidance, and calm through connection
SESSION 6: BUILDING A RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHERS
Dealing with difficult people without losing yourself
Relationships are a major source of overwhelm. This session gives you tools to stay grounded and confident — even in challenging dynamics.
You’ll learn how to:
Navigate difficult relationships with clarity and boundaries
Stop absorbing others’ emotions and expectations
Communicate more calmly and confidently
SESSION 7: BUILDING A RELATIONSHIP WITH TIME
From constant pressure to intentional living
Overwhelm often shows up as feeling behind, rushed, or never caught up. This session reframes your relationship with time entirely.
You’ll learn how to:
Identify time beliefs that create stress and urgency
Protect your energy and prioritize what matters most
Use simple tools (including the 1-2-3 Method) to reduce mental overload

Overcoming Overwhelm is an 8-session, guided coaching experience designed to help you understand and shift the internal patterns that create stress, pressure, and burnout.
This isn’t just information — it’s a process. You’ll learn powerful mindset principles and apply them directly to your life through 1-on-1 coaching, reflection, and integration.
Most programs are self-guided and end at information.
Overcoming Overwhelm is different because:

Each session includes about one hour of pre-recorded teaching, which you can watch on your own schedule, along with a one-hour private coaching session to help you apply what you’re learning to your real life.
You’ll also be invited to spend a little time reflecting and working through the workbook in a way that feels realistic for you.
The pace is flexible, and this experience is meant to fit into your life — not take it over.
