Several years ago, I was in a very dark and discouraged place. I had come to a point where I needed to take back control of my life instead of spiraling out of control. I found a program that helped me lose weight and also change my mindset regarding food.  At that time I also decided to be a nutrition coach and also help others change their mindset.  It was then through networking with other coaches, I was introduced to Purpose in This Place. It was the missing piece I needed in my life.  I learned how to navigate through relationships, be confident in my gifts and talents, and realize my divine identity.  I have gained the confidence to share and help others in their journey of discovery of their own divine self and who they can yet BECOME.

I am a wife and mother to three beautiful Daughters of God and also Granny to seven wonderful grandkids. In Junior High School a music teacher noticed my musical talent and suggested I join the choir.  I have been singing in choirs ever since; including The Colorado Mormon Chorale and several community choirs.  I have also performed in many musicals.  I play the piano and also learned how to fake it when  playing the organ in church.  I attended Ricks College where I received an Associates degree and attended one year at BYU. I love being organized.  I get satisfaction out of finding a place for everything. I enjoy repurposing things  to create something totally new and useful.  I enjoy sewing, quilting and crocheting – all of which my mother taught me.  My family is one of the most important things in my life.  The other important thing I cherish is my faith – my belief in a loving Heavenly Father and His son Jesus Christ.

Our Divinity is the truest part of who we are from within, the core, the space of our highest potential. I have known the struggle with believing in my own divine identity. Growing up, I was the fourth of five n children and the youngest girl. I always felt like I was battling for a place in this world.  When someone told me I couldn’t do something, I would use every ounce of strength I had to prove them wrong. I was always trying to earn my worth. What I didn’t know was I brought my worth and my divinity with me.  I’ve served as President of a women’s organization twice, as well as serving with several  other presidents.  I believe this has taught me how to love and help women realize their potential.  It has taken me a lifetime to realize that God had a plan for me and whether I liked it or not, I was meant to be a leader.

I am passionate about helping others discover and unleash the power of their Divinity.  Coaching for me, has reconfirmed the importance of understanding  our DIVINE worth as Children of God.  This awareness changes everything! It has aided me in developing a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  His work and focus is guiding all to discover their own identity and divinity.  As your coach, you and I will walk together to discover who you are at your core.  You will uncover your divinity and realize the strength that you have always had.  I don’t have the answers but I have the questions that will help you discover your own answers. Patience, love and acceptance are waiting for you. What are you waiting for?

Elaine Cannon – “There are two important days in a woman’s life:  The day she is born and the day she finds out why.”

Emily Belle Freeman – “People need to hear and understand the whisper of divinity that is within them.”
