Today we go over the features of our new website! We also introduce our monthly topic: New Beginning by Discovering Divinity
Foundations Class 7/11/22
Allyson coached on the following:
1. I’m trying hard to have my own back. I can show up when I can. When I can’t show up, I don’t want to feel bad.
2. Our next stage is being empty nesters. This new stage brings up some thoughts about my spouse. It’s fun to learn to be friends again, but there are things that bug me. I’m worried when it is just us again.
