2. I had some polls on my instagram for my business. A friend responded and I reached out to see if she wants to join my program. She said no and it really brought me down.

Melanie coached on the following:
1. My daughter comes home from her mission in a week. My husband and son turned in my son’s mission papers and I didn’t realize it. He could have his call before my daughter gets home. I am feeling hurt and disrespected.
2. I feel like all my miscommunications have been my fault. I will put up a wall and put out daggers so people won’t come to me to talk about uncomfortable things.
